摘要:研究以乙基纤维素为囊材,SOD为囊芯物制备微胶囊的工艺条件。分别采用油中干燥法和水中干燥法制备SOD微胶囊,利用扫描电镜研究微囊形貌,用激光粒径仪测定微囊粒径分布。结果表明,采用水相制得的SOD微胶囊粒型规则,粒径分布均匀,微胶囊粒径分布范围集中在150μm~250μm之间。
The preparation process of SOD microcapsules were studied, ethylcellulose as wall materials, by the method of drying-in-water and drying-in-oil, respectively. The morphology of microcapsules was investigated with the scanning electron microscope and their size distribution was tested with the laser particle size instrument, showing that the microcapsules which were prepared by the drying-in-water method were of regulation and uniformity and the particle size of resulting microcapsules was mainly distributed between 150μm-250μm.
