摘要:脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)是影响粮食和饲料安全最重要的真菌毒素之一。为研究DON对黄粉虫的毒性及其排泄过程和行为,采用不同浓度DON(低剂量组0.25 mg·kg^(-1),中剂量组5.51 mg·kg^(-1),高剂量组8.83 mg·kg^(-1))添加的小麦粉对黄粉虫进行暴露。结果表明,低剂量组幼虫存活率(85%)>高剂量组幼虫存活率(83%)>中剂量组幼虫存活率(78%),不同剂量组之间存活率无显著差异(P>0.05)。不同DON剂量组喂养的黄粉虫体质量增加也无显著性差异(P>0.05)。进食低剂量DON黄粉虫粪便中未检出DON。进食中剂量DON的黄粉虫DON排泄率为9%;进食高剂量DON黄粉虫的DON排泄率为17%。
Deoxynivalenol(DON),produced by various fusarium species,is one of the most prevalent food-and feed-associated mycotoxins.This study concentrated on the toxicity and excretion of DON by dietary exposure for Tenebrio molitor larvae.Three DON levels of 0.25(low dosage,LD),5.51(medium dosage,MD)and 8.83 mg·kg^(-1)(high dosage,HD)in wheat flour were employed.The survival rates were as follows:LD(85%)>HD(83%)>MD(78%).There was no significant difference in survival rate(P>0.05)among different groups and body mass increase of larvae(P>0.05).After 24 h,DON was undetectable in the feces of Tenebrio molitor larvae of the low dosage group,while the excreted rates of the medium and high dosage groups were 9%and 17%,respectively.
