摘要：本文选取了15个宏观经济指标,运用因子分析法测算了中国承接离岸服务外包的竞争力。研究发现,1996-2012年间竞争力呈逐年上升趋势,说明中国承接离岸服务外包的能力有所提高;但VAR模型的检验结果却显示该竞争力上升趋势并非是中国计算机与信息及其他商业服务出口的Granger原因,一个主要的理由可能是该竞争力指标偏向于经济系统中的硬指标,其上升趋势主要得益于宏观经济的增长,而服务外包竞争优势更多地来源于经济社会中的软指标。
This paper selects 15 macroeconomic indicators and measures national competitiveness of China′s offshore service outsourcing by using factor analysis.The studies reveal that competitiveness between 1996 and 2012moves on an increasing trend, indicating that China′s ability to undertake offshore outsourcing has increased.However, the empirical VAR model has shown that rise of the competitiveness is not Granger cause of exports of China′s computer and informa-tion and other business services.The possible reason is above competitiveness index consist mainly of hard factors, the upward trend of the competitiveness mostly benefit from macroeconomic growth, nevertheless the competitiveness of out-sourcing more depends on soft factors of the economic and social development.
