摘要：经济全球化使得高等教育国际化趋势愈发明显。北京市属高校位于全国文化中心和国际交往中心的北京,应审时度势,大力推动高等教育国际化发展。随着时代的变迁,高等教育的内涵要素不断发生变化,将高等教育国际化置于“全球国家地方”这一框架下进行梳理,从全球、国家、地方及学校四个层面分析国际化要素,为北京市属高校国际化发展提供可行路径策略。各市属高校应找准定位,因地制宜,从人力要素、文化要素两方面积极推进北京市属高校国际化进程。
Economic globalization has made the trend of internationalization of higher education more and more obvious.Located in Beijing,the center for national culture and of international exchanges,Beijing municipal universities should vigorously promote the internationalization of higher education based on a correct assessment of situation.With the development of the times,the connotative elements of higher education are constantly changing.The internationalization of higher education is discussed under the framework of the glonacal agency heuristic.The elements of internationalization are analyzed from the global,national,local and school levels,which can provide feasible approaches to the internationalization of Beijing municipal universities.The universities should be positioned accurately,adapt to local conditions,and actively promote the internationalization process of Beijing municipal universities in terms of manpower and cultural elements.
