摘要:审核评估倡导“学生中心”“成果导向”和“持续改进”三大理念,并将“学生对指导与服务的评价”列为审核要点,教学服务满意度调查为此项评价提供了有效的途径。通过对审核评估审核要素“学生指导与服务”的解读,以城市型、应用型大学——北京联合大学为例,对教学服务学生满意度进行调查研究。结果表明:学生对学校教学服务的总体满意度较高,满意程度从高到低分别是服务队伍、服务流程、服务方式、服务环境以及服务内容;各项均与总体满意度呈显著正相关关系,相关性从强到弱依次为服务内容、服务队伍、服务方式、服务环境、服务流程;学生性别对教学服务满意度的影响没有显著差异,学生年级和学习层次对教学服务满意度的影响存在显著差异。依据调查研究,对学校教学服务的持续改进提出对策与建议:以需求为导向,优化教学服务内容,提高教学服务质量;以问题为导向,实现教学服务全员全程全方位育人;以目标为导向,推进“一站式”服务。
Audit evaluation advocates three concepts of“student centered”,“achievement oriented”and“continuous improvement”,and list“students’evaluation of guidance and service”as the key point.The survey of teaching service satisfaction provides an effective way for this evaluation.Through the interpretation of“student guidance and service”which is the key element of audit evaluation,this paper investigates the satisfaction degree of teaching service in Beijing Union University.The results show that the overall satisfaction degree of teaching service is high,from high to low are service team,service process,service mode,service environment and service content,all of which are positively correlated with overall satisfaction,and the correlation from strong to weak is service content,service team,service mode,service environment and service process.There is no significant difference in the influence of students’gender on satisfaction of teaching service.There are significant differences in the impact of grade and learning level on the satisfaction of teaching services.Based on this analysis,some suggestions are put forward to improve the satisfaction of teaching service:being demand-oriented,optimize teaching service content and improve teaching service quality;being problem-oriented,deliver whole person education throughout the entire process;being goal-oriented,provide“one-stop”service.
