摘要：分析了我国服务外包产业知识创新的现状,阐述了服务外包环境下企业知识创新的特征,利用企业知识价值链构建了服务外包企业知识创新模式,并提出了我国服务外包企业知识创新能力提升的途径及策略。
This paper analyzed the current situation of knowledge innovation of service outsourcing industry in China,presented the characteristics of enterprises＇ knowledge innovation in a service outsourcing context,built up a framework of knowledge innovation based upon knowledge value chain for service outsourcing enterprises and worked out the approaches and strategies of improving knowledge innovation capabilities of service outsourcing enterprises in China.
