摘要:基于线性三维弹性理论,推导了横观各向同性圆管中的波动方程,采用Legendre正交多项式方法进行了计算。为了验证Legendre正交多项式方法的有效性,首先计算了各向同性圆管中的相速度频散曲线,并与商业软件Disperse产生的结果进行了比对,验证了该方法的可行性。根据细观力学理论,分析了横观各向同性圆管的弹性常数随纤维体积含量增加的变化特征,绘制并详细比较了不同纤维体积含量横观各向同性圆管的频散曲线随着纤维体积含量从0%增加到100%,前三个主要模态频散曲线A0、SH0和S0在频率0.5 MHz处的变化特征。S0和A0的相速度在整个区域内单调增加,但当纤维体积含量等于21%时,SH0的相速度首先逐渐降低到1233.37 m/s,然后不断增加;群速度表现出相同的规律。研究结果有助于对纤维树脂构成的复合材料圆管结构进行纤维含量评估和无损检测。
Based on linear three-dimensional elasticity theory,the wave equations in transversely isotropic pipe are derived and calculated with Legendre orthogonal polynomial approach.To verify the effectiveness of the Legendre orthogonal polynomial approach,the phase velocity dispersion curves in isotropic pipe are first calculated and compared with the results generated by the commercial software Dispersee to verify the feasibility of the method.The variation characteristics of the elastic constant of the transverse isotropic pipe with the increase of fiber volume content are analyzed according to the micromechanics theory,and the dispersion curves of transverse isotropic pipe with different fiber volume contents are plotted and compared in detail with the characteristics of the first three main modal dispersion curves,A0,SH0,and S0,at a frequency of 0.5 MHz as the fiber volume content is increased from 0%to 100%.The phase velocity of S0 and A0 increases monotonically throughout the region,but when the fiber volume content is equal to 21%,the phase velocity of SH0 firstly decreases gradually to 1233.37 m/s,and then increases continuously.The group velocity shows the same pattern.The results are helpful for evaluating the fiber content and non-destructive testing of composite tube structures composed of fiber and resin.
