摘要:本文基于当下幼小衔接的现状,结合国家有关科学幼小衔接的系列政策,分析了阻碍幼小衔接科学开展的影响因素。据此,本文从建构科学幼小衔接教育生态的角度,提出应对幼小衔接问题的治理建议:一要凝聚政府、家庭、幼儿园和小学以及社会机构的共识,形成主体合力;二要完善巡回督导、专业指导与培训、联合教科研、家校社协同育人、专项治理等长效机制,形成政策合力;三要通过搭建多元发声平台、拓展多种合作渠道、深化多样合作内容、健全多方参与的质量提升制度等,构筑幼小衔接教育生态系统,形成实践合力。
Based on the current status of the transitioning to primary school,combined with a series of national policies on scientific transitioning,this paper analyzes the influencing factors that hinder the scientific development of the transition from kindergarten to primary school,Based on this,from the perspective of constructing a scientific education ecology for the transition from kindergarten to primary school,this paper proposes some governance countermeasures to deal with the problem of the transition.First of all,consolidate the consensus of the government,families,kindergartens and primary schools,and social institutions to form a joint force of the main body;Secondly,improve longterm mechanisms such as circuit supervision,professional guidance and training,joint teaching and scientific research,family-school-community collaborative education,and special governance to form policy synergy.In the end,expand multiple cooperation channels by building multiple communication platforms,deepen diverse cooperation programs,and improve the quality improvement system with multi-party participation to build an ecological system for the transitioning,and form a practical synergy.
