摘要：人民政协作为统一战线组织,其长期存在是我国革命和建设的客观需要,从其筹备到成立后的几年,人民政协的性质定位、职能作用、与人大和政府的关系等根本问题得到解决,并被纳入宪法、法律和政协章程的保障之中,加上一系列具体工作制度出台,人民政协制度得以正式确立并进一步完善起来。在这个过程中,毛泽东作出了历史性贡献。
As a united front organization,the long-term existence of the CPPCC is the objective requirement of China's revolution and construction.During the early years from its preparation to postestablishment,the fundamental problems of the CPPCC such as its nature,function,and relationship between the NPC and the government,have been resolved,and the CPPCC has also been under the protection of the constitution,laws and regulations.With the promulgation of a series of specific working system,the People's Political Consultative Conference system finally established formally and further improved.In this process,Mao Zedong made historical contributions.
