摘要：Mobile transmission network element management system (EMS) can be divided into three layers, including performance management in the middle layer, the main historical performance to achieve regular collection, regular backup, performance configuration, and performance attributes set. The description of the performance management design ideas based on the design and implementation process used in a process of modular design, each module has a relatively independent functional; module design within the structured, hierarchical structure definition; also constructed the Ji Tong aspects of security and robust strategy to improve anomaly detection and exception handling, to avoid the destruction of data integrity to ensure system security.
