摘要:旅游旅行社面向商务旅游的转型已经成为一个现实问题:一方面,商务旅游的迅速发展对旅行服务提出了新的要求;另一方面,传统产品市场的竞争迫使旅行社寻找新的市场空间;而旅行社的企业资源则为其转型提供了基础。为了成功地实现面向商务旅游的转型,旅行社必须和目标客户建立起长期的、稳定的合作关系,必须将为客户的事务性活动提供服务作为产品核心,必须深入企业内部,了解企业管理中存在的关键问题,并对组织结构进行相应的调整。
The shift to business travel of travel agencies has already been in reality. On one hand, the fast development of business travel hasralsed new requirements for the travel service. On the other hand, the travel agencies have been forced to find new markets by the competition in the traditional market. Travel agencies have the resource of enterprises relationship.which provides a basis for this shift. For the successful shift to business travel, the travel agency should establish long and stable cooperation relationship with target customers, with the service for customers'business as its core product. It also entails the travel agency to know its customers deeply,to understand the key issues of customers'management and to adjust its organizational structure correspondently.
