摘要：The complexity of city parking guiding system is analyzed, and the parallel system theory is commended to establish the practical parking guiding system. The system modules of a real parking guiding system based on internet of things technology is designed. The multi-level multi-agent system structure thinking in project field is put forward to improve the hierarchy of agents and the ability of the communication. The multi-level multi-agent model of a large city parking guiding system is established and described by set language.
