摘要：数字经济背景下,新商科人才培养需要适应新的商业思维和商业规则。商科来源于社会经济市场实践,最终也要运用到实践中去。新商科人才的实践能力培养需要更加重视商务实践、数据思维、创新能力等科学思维和能力的培养。文章提出了新商科人才实践能力培养的目标体系,构建了“横向融合、纵向递进”多途径全方位的人才培养模式,探索通过更为丰富的融合性培养环节和项目,实现新商科人才基础实践知识、核心实践能力以及延伸实践素养的培养,并采用独立第三方检测的方式对抽样专业学生的商务数据分析能力进行了评价。
With the development of digital economy,"new business"talents training needs to adapt to new thinking and business rules.Business science comes from the practice of social economy and market,and should be applied to practice eventually.The cultivation of practical ability of"new business"talents should pay more attention to the cultivation of scientific thinking and ability such as business practice,data thinking and innovation ability.The objective system of practical ability training for new business talents is put forward.And a multi-channel and all-round talent training mode of"horizontal integration and vertical progressive"has been constructed,and the basic practical knowledge,core practical ability and extension practical quality of"new business"talents can be realized through more abundant integrated training projects.Then the independent third-party testing method is used to evaluate the business data analysis ability of the sampled students.
