摘要:美国是目前经济最发达的国家,其聋教育在世界上处于领先地位。回顾美国聋教育的历史、教学语言的确立以及相关法律,分析其课程设置、服务支持、先进的聋教育理论和完整的资源服务体系,我们看到,美国聋教育充分遵循了融合和包容理念,其历程、模式、特点和方法值得中国聋教育工作者借鉴。我国"十三五"期间的聋教育体系改革可以对其进行学习和经验总结,从而使每一位聋生能够享受高质量的聋教育,能够接受完整的医疗、教育和家庭支持,为社会创造价值、作出贡献。
The United States is currently the most economically developed country,and its deaf education is in the leading level all over the world. This paper reviews the history,the teaching language,and the laws related with American deaf education. We mainly analyze its curriculum,support services,advanced theories and its complete resource service system. The American deaf education fully follows the concept of integration and inclusion,and Chinese deaf education researchers can learn from its history,mode,feature and methods. This paper provides experience for the reform of deaf education system in China during the period of 13 th Five-Year Plan. As a result,every deaf student could enjoy high quality deaf education,and receive complete medical,educational and family support,so that they can make contributions to the society.
