摘要：大学生学业规划工作是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,是思想政治教育创新发展的重要方向,对提高高校人才培养质量和大学生成长成才有重要意义,当前高校大学生学业规划工作中存在高校对学业规划重视不足、学业规划指导队伍不健全、大学生缺乏学业规划的内生动力和能力等问题,必须从构建高校学业规划管理机制、加强学业规划指导队伍建设、培养大学生学业规划主观能动性三个方面加强和改进大学生学业规划工作。
The work of college students’ academic planning is an important measure for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality. It sets a meaningful direction for the innovation and development of ideological and political education. It is also of great significance for the training quality and the growth of college students. In the current work of college students’ academic planning, there are such problems as no enough attention paid to academic planning by universities, insufficient academic planning guiding teams, and lack of endogenous motivation and ability of the students themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the work from three aspects:constructing a management mechanism for college academic planning, strengthening the academic planning guiding team,and cultivating the subjective initiative of the college students for academic planning.
