摘要：Companies must organize personnel to perform maintenance on the system after the success of ERP system. How to configure the operation and maintenance team of ERP system will be a difficulty. This article is based on ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) model to analyze the formation steps of the operation and maintenance team, and finally propose a reference staffing program.
