摘要:随着新一轮全球科技革命和产业变革的加速推进,新质生产力作为推动经济社会发展的新引擎,对我国教育体系尤其是高等教育提出了全新要求,培养具有“新质”素养的劳动者成为当前高等教育的重要任务。应用型高校是深化产教融合改革的重要试验田,应充分发挥自身优势,以深化产教融合为核心,构建产教融合创新生态,为新质生产力的发展筑牢人才根基。在分析新质生产力的内涵及其对新型劳动者需求特点的基础上,结合新质生产力驱动下产教融合发展的新趋势,提出应用型高校产教融合生态系统构建路径:锚定战略性新兴产业需求,构建数智化应用型人才培养体系;贯通政校行企协同创新链,打造产教融合共同体;以“人工智能+”赋能产教融合,构建数智化的产教融合平台;聚焦技术前沿交叉领域,培育具备跨界整合能力的“双师双能型”师资队伍。
With the accelerated advancement of a new round of global technological revolution and industrial transformation,new quality productive forces,as a fresh engine driving economic and social development,have imposed unprecedented requirements on China’s education system,particularly higher education.Cultivating laborers with“new quality”competencies has become a crucial mission for contemporary higher education.Application-oriented universities,as vital experimental fields for deepening industry-education integration reform,should leverage their comparative advantages to anchor talent development in the growth of new quality productive forces.This requires centering on intensified industry-education integration and constructing an integration innovation ecosystem.Based on an analysis of the connotation of new quality productive forces and their implications for the characteristics of new quality laborers,combined with emerging trends in industry-education integration driven by new quality productive forces,this study proposes pathways for application-oriented universities to construct an industry-education integration ecosystem:Align with the demands of strategic emerging industries to establish a digital-intelligent applied talent training system.Integrate the collaborative innovation chain of government,universities,industries and enterprises to create an industry-education integration community.Empower industry-education integration with“artificial intelligence+”to build a digital-intelligent integration platform.Focus on interdisciplinary technological frontiers to cultivate a cohort of“dual-qualified and dual-capable”faculty with cross-domain integration capabilities.
