摘要:[目的]了解高校新生掌握应急救护知识和技能相关现状,并比较不同行为干预方式的干预效果,为在高校学生中开展有效的行为干预提供参考。[方法]采用自行设计的应急救护技能问卷对北京地区某高校2024级新生进行基线调查,随机抽取480名新生,平均分成4组,对其中3组分别采用健康讲座、技能实操、线上学习方式进行行为干预,第4组作为对照组。[结果]在该校新生中,女生(56.8%)、城镇学生(61.6%)的应急救护技能水平更高。干预前,4组间应急救护技能水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后,健康讲座组、技能实操组、线上学习组均较干预前及对照组(45.0%)有显著提高(P<0.05),其中技能实操组(91.6%)的技能水平显著高于健康讲座组(79.2%)和线上学习组(68.3%)。[结论]高校新生对应急救护相关技能持有水平较低,高校开展行为干预有较强的效果,其中技能实操法最有效,值得在高校进行推广。
[Objective]This study investigates the current status of first-aid knowledge and skills among university freshmen and compare the intervention effects of different behavioral intervention methods,providing references for implementing effective behavioral intervention among college students.[Methods]A self-designed emergency first-aid capability questionnaire was used to conduct a baseline survey among 2024 freshmen from a university in Beijing.A total of 480 students were randomly selected and divided into four groups.Three groups received behavioral interventions through health lectures,hand-on skills training,and online learning,respectively,while the fourth served as the control group.[Results]Among the participants,female students(56.8%)and urban students(61.6%)demonstrated higher levels of knowledge and skills.Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in emergency first-aid skill levels among the four groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the health lecture group,hands-on training group,and online learning group showed significant improvements compared to both their pre-intervention levels and the control group(45.0%)(P<0.05).Notably,the hands-on training group achieved the highest skill proficiency(91.6%),significantly outperforming the health lecture group(79.2%)and online learning group(68.3%).[Conclusion]College freshmen exhibit low proficiency in emergency first-aid skills.Behavioral interventions,particularly hands-on trainings,are highly effective and merit widespread implementation in higher education institutions.
