摘要：经济全球化促进了商科教育的空前发展,社会对商科教育以及商科学生的需求呈逐年增加的趋势。文章针对商科学生应该具备的通用能力进行了研究,在分析总结国内外学者对商科学生应该具备的通用能力关键指标的基础上,借鉴国际商科认证AACSB对商科学生一般技能的界定,提出了适合普通商科学生的通用能力指标。文章介绍了商科学生通用能力评价量规的设计,包括评价量规的基本概念、设计原则以及设计步骤,并通过一个实例详细展现了评价量规的内容及设计方法。
Economic globalization has promoted the unprecedented development of business education,and the demand for business education and business students has been increasing year by year.The paper studied deeply the core competence for business majored students.Based on the summarization of key indicators from scholars at home and abroad,and according to the definition of general skills of business students from the view of AACSB certification,a general ability index system for students in general commercial universities was put forward.At the end of this paper,the design of business students'general ability evaluation rubric was introduced,it included the basic concepts,design principles and design steps.An example was shown in detail to express the main contents and method of rubric designing.
