摘要：据调查,北京地区特殊教育学校的资源配置还存在一些不合理的因素,有些学校资源闲置,有些学校则资源匮乏。本文采用层次分析方法,对北京地区基础教育阶段的24所特殊教育学校资源配置情况进行分析评价,并且提出资源配置的优化措施,旨在促进北京地区乃至全国特殊教育的快速发展。
It is investigated that some unreasonable factors of resource allocation of special education schools exist in Beijing. Some resources are not used very often in some schools while some schools are in great need of the resources. This paper analyzes and evaluates resource allocation of 24 special education schools on the elementary education stage and suggests some optimized measures to accelerate the rapid development of special education in Beijing ,even all over China.
