摘要:分享经济的到来使得电子商务企业的人才需求增大,但是高校电子商务专业的本科生就业困难。本文在分析当前我国电子商务发展和高校人才培养模式的基础上,提出了本科生电子商务专业的全程双导师制,即由专业导师和企业导师同时指导本科生。最后,以北京联合大学的电子商务专业为例,分析了该模式的职责和成效,为该模式的深入研究奠定了基础。
Sharing economy has made the demand for talents of e-commerce companies increase,but the employment of undergraduates in college e-commerce majors is difficult.Based on the analysis of the current development of e-commerce in China and the model of talent training in universities,this paper proposes a full-time dual-tutor system for undergraduate e-commerce majors,that is,professional tutors and corporate tutors to guide undergraduates at the same time.Finally,taking the e-commerce specialty of Beijing Union University as an example,the responsibilities and results of the model are analyzed,which lays the foundation for the in-depth study of this model.
