摘要:During the accelerated development of new power systems, the integration of a high proportion of renewable energy and the use of high-power dynamic loads have led to dynamic characteristics in the power grid, causing significant errors in smart energy meter measurements and subsequently triggering energy-related economic disputes. Based on the circuit principle of smart meters, this paper clarifies the energy measurement mechanism and traditional threshold constraint model for active electrical energy measurement. In addition, a non-overlapping windowing active electrical energy measurement algorithm is proposed. The performance of the non-overlapping windowing algorithm is tested under dynamic random conditions. Simulation results indicate that the non-overlapping windowing algorithm achieves higher accuracy measurement of electrical energy. ? 2025 IEEE.
