摘要:新闻传播教育中的价值问题,是指在新闻传播教育中应贯穿的"应当性规范"问题,它聚焦的是新闻教育中客体对主体的有用性问题,这些规范是指导新闻传播从业者的体系性标准。新闻传播教育界很少有研究者关注新闻传播人才培养中的价值问题。在中国新闻人才培养中存在三重价值矛盾:主流价值与多元价值的矛盾;主流价值僵化与客观现实的去政治化;主体评价尺度与客体评价尺度的矛盾。克服上述几种内在矛盾的理论路径是要从如下三个方面入手:要做到人才培养中一元价值与多元价值的辩证统一;新闻传播历史、理论与现实的辩证统一;政治与技术的辩证统一。
The value issue in journalism and communication education refers to the issue of 'should-be norms'in journalism and communication education. It focuses on the usefulness of subject to object in journalism education. The norms refer the systematic criteria that guide the practitioners of journalism and communication. Few researchers have paid attention to the issue of values conflict in journalism and communication education. There exist three levels of value conflict in the journalism and communication education in China: the con-flict between mainstream values and multiple values, the conflict between rigidity of mainstream values and de-politicization of objective re-ality, as well as the conflict in the evaluation criteria of subject and object. To resolve these conflicts, it requires three types of theoretical dialectical unity: the unity between unitary values and multiple values in journalism and communication education, the unity among the his-tory, theories and reality of journalism and communication, and the unity between politics and technology.
