摘要：近年我国民居类世界遗产地旅游获得快速发展。以典型民居类世界遗产地福建永定土楼为例,从游客满意的视角出发,构建土楼游客满意度评价指标体系,采用IPA法与问卷调查法,评价福建永定土楼游客满意度。结果表明:①游客认为影响土楼旅游满意度的各要素与指标均具有较高的重要性,其中以旅游资源特色、旅游交通状况、旅游安全与环境质量最重要;②IPA指数分析表明,要素层与指标层的满意度均低于重要性,其中87.5%的要素层因素的满意度与重要性存在3.15%～35.48%的差距,而93.10%的指标层因素的满意度与重要性存在1.11%～56.38%的差距;依据IPA指数测评标准,对要素层和指标层中的各因素进行评价;③针对IPA指数与象限分析结果,提出各象限的提升策略。研究成果可为福建土楼旅游开发提供科学的理论指导与实践借鉴,有助于民居类世界遗产地的科学保护与旅游可持续发展。
Tourism in folk house world heritages has been rapidly developing in recent years.Hakka Earth Building of Yongding in Fujian Province,a typical folk house category of World Heritage,was investigated in this study.An evaluation index system on tourist satisfaction about Hakka Earth Building was built.The tourists＇ satisfaction degree of Yongding Hakka Earth Building was evaluated with importance-performance analysis （IPA） and the questionnaire method.Results show that：1） all the factors and indicators affecting tourists＇ satisfaction degree have generally high importance,especially the characteristic of tourism resources,tourism transportation conditions,tourism security,and environment quality.2） The results from IPA Index analysis show that the satisfaction degree in the factor layer and indicator layer is essentially lower that the importance of these layers.There is a disparity between the degrees of satisfaction and importance in 87.5% of factors,ranging from 3.15% to 35.48%,whereas the disparity between the degrees of satisfaction and importance in 93.10% indicators ranges from 1.11% to 56.38%.In terms of the evaluation standard of the IPA index,the factors and indicators were evaluated.The satisfaction degrees in tourism resources and consumption cost are relatively high,followed by the satisfaction degrees in tourism service quality,combination of tourism products,conditions of infrastructural facilities,and tourism security and environment quality.Tourists do not seem to be satisfied with tourism transportation conditions and scenic spot management,thereby showing low satisfaction degrees.3） The improvement strategies were put forward for each quadrant.The indicators of quadrant Ⅰ have high importance,but their performances are poor,including 13 indicators which need to be further improved.The indicators of quadrant Ⅱ have high importance and performances,involving 10 indicators which need to be continuously improved.The indicators of quadrant Ⅲ have low importance and performances,including 4 indicators which need to be actively expanded.The indicators of quadrant Ⅳ have low importance,but their performances are high,including the prices of ticket and accommodation which need to be appropriately regulated.This study would provide guidance for tourism development in Fujian Hakka Earth Building and other folk house world heritages,benefiting protection of tourism resources,sustainable development of folk house world heritages,and promotion of the regional tourism industry.
