摘要：随着互联网的飞速发展,世界进入了经济全球化和贸易全球化的时代。科技的发展对我们的工作和生活也产生了深刻的影响,数字经济的发展使得我国进入了大数据时代,在这样的背景下,为了逐步贯彻和落实现代化企业管理的理念,传统企业管理开始向现代企业管理变革,在变革过程中也遇到了一些挑战和机遇。针对传统企业在变革过程中遇到的挑战提出管理性策略。
With the rapid development of the Internet,the world has entered an era of economic globalization and trade globalization.The development of science and technology has also had a profound impact on our work and life.The development of the digital economy has brought China into the era of big data.In this context,in order to gradually implement the concept of modern enterprise management,traditional enterprise management has begun to transform to modern enterprise management,and some challenges and opportunities have also been encountered in the reform process.This paper puts forward management strategies in response to the challenges encountered by traditional enterprises in the transformation process.
