摘要：基于北京市2018年城市体检社会满意度调研问卷数据,通过构建结构方程模型,以北京老城区为研究单元分析历史街区及非历史街区居民主观幸福感现状,进而分析物质环境及人文环境对其产生的中介效应。结果表明:是否居住于历史街区对居民主观幸福感有显著影响,居住于历史街区居民主观幸福感较差;人文环境因素对主观幸福感中介作用显著,具有正向提升作用;物质环境因素负向作用突出;本地户籍居民对物质环境及人文环境评价满意度较高,年龄越高对历史街区人文环境满意程度越低。
As an important part of the protection of Beijing’s historical and cultural city,the old city is an important carrier of urban civilization inheritance.However,due to the problems of housing conditions,public space,daily service facilities,historical context protection,transportation,community participation and residents’quality,the social well-being of the residents in the old city,especially the residents in the historical blocks,is greatly affected attention.Based on the questionnaire data of urban physical examination in Beijing in 2018,this paper analyzes the subjective well-being status of residents in historical and non historical blocks by constructing structural equation model,and then analyzes the mediating effect of material environment and human environment on it.The conclusion is:Whether living in the historical district has a significant impact on the subjective well-being of the residents,the subjective well-being of residents living in the historical district is poorer;the mediating effect of the humanistic environmental factors on subjective well-being is significant,and has a positive effect;the negative effects of material environmental factors are prominent;the local residents’satisfaction with the material environment and human environment is higher.The higher of the age,the lower the satisfaction degree of human environment in historic district.
