摘要:人事档案是高校加强人力资源建设的重要参考依据,是支持应用型大学人力资源发展的关键资源。通过对当前应用型大学人事档案管理现状的分析,以北京联合大学为例,围绕人事档案工作制度化、规范化、科学化及信息化,从规范建设、高效管理、强化服务3个维度,深入探讨“从严管档、数字建档、提升服务”的策略,旨在为人事档案规范化、科学化管理模式开辟新途径,更好地服务于学校各项事业的建设与发展。
Personnel file is an important reference for schools to strengthen their human resource construction and a key resource to support the development of human resources in application-oriented universities.Through the analysis of the current situation of personnel file management in those universities,taking Beijing Union University as an example,this paper deeply explores the strategy of“strict management,digital filing,and improved services”in practice by focusing on the institutionalization,standardization,scientization,and informatization of personnel file work.From the three dimensions of standardized construction,efficient management,and strengthened services,this paper aims to open up new paths for the standardized and scientific management mode of personnel file,in order to better serve the construction and development of various undertakings in the school.
