摘要：鱼腥草是我国传统药食同源植物,其含有多种化学成分且具备多种健康功能,可作为多种保健功能食品的原料。但应考虑鱼腥草在保健食品中的使用量,以便确保长期食用产品的安全性和有效性。由于影响鱼腥草化学成分的因素很多,因此需考虑种源、生长环境、加工工艺等问题,以便保障鱼腥草所含有效成分均一、产品质量稳定、重金属和亚硝酸盐含量可控。
Houttuynia cordata Thunberg is a traditional edible Chinese herb.It contains a variety of chemical composition and has a variety of health functions, which can be used as raw materials for a variety kinds of health food. In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of long- term consumption, the usage amount of Houttuynia cordata in health food should be considered.Due to many factors affecting the chemical composition of Houttuynia cordata, its growth environment, provenance, processing technology and other issues should be considered in production.That can make sure heavy metals and nitrite content controllable, active ingredient uniform, and product quality stable.
