摘要：作为现代工业体系中基础性、战略性和先导性的产业,芯片产业由于研发难度大、开发成本高,依赖于组织间的共同研发和联合申请专利。研究我国芯片产业专利合作网络的结构和空间演化规律,有助于把握合作网络的演化机理,为提升芯片产业整体创新能力提供全新分析视角及政策依据。以我国芯片产业为研究对象,运用社会网络分析法,基于时间和空间两个维度,剖析在1994~2018年间,芯片产业专利合作网络的网络结构特征和空间分布的演化规律。结果表明,我国芯片产业专利合作网络演化具有明显的阶段性特征。从结构演化来看,网络结构演化存在较大差异,核心组织在网络中的地位日益突显;从空间演化来看,区域内部和外部的专利合作模式具有不同的演化规律;广东、台湾和上海等地在跨区域合作中处于明显优势地位。
Taking China’s chip industry as a research object and applying social network analysis methods,a patent cooperation network for the chip industry is constructed.Based on the two dimensions of time and space,analyze the evolution of the network structure characteristics and spatial distribution of China’s chip industry patent cooperation network from 1994 to 2018.The research results show that the evolution of China’s chip industry patent cooperation network has obvious stage characteristics.At different stages,there are major differences in the evolution of the network structure,and the status of core organizations in the network has become increasingly prominent;the patent cooperation models within and outside the region have different evolutionary laws;Guangdong,Taiwan,and Shanghai are in crossregional cooperation Obvious advantage.
