摘要：论文分析了《加拿大电子邮件管理指南》的若干特点:强调电子邮件管理对机构的重要价值,即实现信息查找和应对政府审计、法律纠纷;引入项目管理方法,强调对电子邮件管理工作进行有效的规划、组织、实施和评估,并详细阐述了机构高层领导、信息管理专家、业务经理、网络/系统管理员、用户在电子邮件管理规划、组织、实施和评估中分别承担的责任;对于电子邮件生命周期中涉及的每一个管理环节,都从信息和档案管理的角度,给出了具体可行的操作方案,并兼顾了操作措施的通用性和灵活性。
The thesis analyzes some characteristics of Email Management Guide in Canada, including that it is essential to set up the goal of email management, which is satisfying the institution＇s information utiliza- tion demands and deal with the government audit as well as legal dispute. One hand, email management need to base on the theory of record life cycle to develop concrete operation tactics. On the other hand, scientific management methods are applied to plan, organize, implement, assess the job of email manage- ment and responsibilities are clear for the senior leadership, the information management specialist, the business manager, the network administrator, and the user. The email management strategy supplies manage-ment tactics and methods basing on the common link of all institutions＇ email management not the special operation. At the same time, the strategy also supplies flexible room basing on each institution＇s reality.
