摘要：目的:探讨SonicFill大块复合树脂用于邻面边缘提升后Ⅱ类洞龈下缺损直接修复的临床效果。方法:选取入组患者86例(86颗牙),随机分为(随机数字表法)实验组和对照组各43例;纳入患牙经邻面边缘提升后,实验组采用SonicFill大块复合树脂充填,对照组为3M Filtek^TM Z350 XT通用纳米树脂充填。术后采用改良美国公共卫生署(United States Public Health Service,USPHS)评估充填效果和患者修复体满意度调查。结果:两组术后1年在边缘完整性、边缘台阶、边缘变色、表面状态、继发龋方面,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者对修复效果在整体轮廓、表面形态质地满意度评价,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:邻面边缘提升后选用SonicFill大块复合树脂短期美学修复效果较好,患者满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of using bulk-fill composite resin SF(SonicFill)for direct repair of subgingival defects of ClassⅡcavity after the edge of the proximal box elevation.Methods:Totally 86 patients(86 teeth)were enrolled,and 43 patients in each of the random number table method.The test group was SonicFill bulk composite resin group,and the control group was the 3 M FiltekTM Z350 XT universal nano-resin group.After the operation,the modified United States Public Health Service(USPHS)scale and the patient’s satisfaction with the restoration were evaluated.Results:There was statistically significant difference in edge integrity,edge steps,edge discoloration,surface condition,and secondary caries at 1 year after operation between two groups(P<0.05)respectively.The patient’s satisfaction with the overall contour,surface morphology and texture of the repair effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the edge of the adjacent surface is improved,the short-term aesthetic repair effect of SonicFill bulk composite resin is better,and the patient satisfaction is higher.
