摘要：西山文化带的开发和利用是《北京市"十三五"时期加强全国文化中心建设规划》制定的发展格局中的重要内容之一。充分进行西山文化带的建设,可以使历史文化遗产在新的时代绽放光彩并演绎新价值。西山文化带内容丰富,遗产级别各异,让各级遗产变成"活细胞",全面保护和利用带内文化遗产,并充分利用多种手段在社会上普及认知,是建设文化中心的现实意义之一。
The development and utilization of Xishan cultural belt is an important part of ＂The Development Plan of Strengthening the National Cultural Center Construction during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period of Beijing City. ＂ Full development of Xishan cultural belt can make historical and cultural heritage shine and show new values in the new era. The historical and cultural heritage in the Xishan cultural belt is of great variety and at different levels. It is one of the practical significance of the construction of the cultural center to change all levels of heritage in the belt into ＂ living cells＂ with comprehensive protection and utilization, and to spread public perception of the heritage with various means.
